With they powerful mages shortage they f*ing shouldn't have allowed 3 aces in same unit of that importance LIKE AT ALL. Limiters are for cases when somebody wants to be in the same unit for personal reasons. It's like renaming cruiser training ship to give it to some not-so-important coast guard unit. Also if you remove limiters and high-level mages limit "headhunting" will be on so big rise that all TSAB will have units that gather all high level mages - and it's NOT good because they can be only in one place at the same time.
