Well Sumire/Taichi is possible if:
a) Chihaya marries Karuta
b) Chihaya goes after Arata
c) Sumire actually grows as a character and takes liking in Taichi as a person and just in model of obsession since do far she only cares about looks. Though she also will have to so something to get Taichi's attention, something decent and not just fangirling.
