Okay, it's not that dramatic. But I'm seriously not watching anime as much as I used to. I don't want to *force* myself to like it again, but I think it's because I've been forcing myself to play this silly "keeping up with the seasons even if it means watching meh anime" game, and I seriously need reminding why I watch anime in the first place.

I want to be WOWED again, like I did when I watched stuff like Princess Tutu, Twin Spica and Now and There, Here and There. Even series like MAJOR S1, One Piece and Mai Hime left a good impression on me.

I don't mind the genre, but I'd like a variety of series to watch. Which series have amazed you, and why? The why bit is particularly important. And remember, I'm talking about series which have literally amazed you.
