I advise all artists to follow these guidelines to avoid encouraging more request tourism.

I am officially seconding Kaze's notion. Maybe not exactly "150+ posts' (not sure I have that many, even) but number enough to make sure you are going to STAY. And that you are actually going to post, not just sit idle.
I also advise artists to use their own discretion as well. (obviously.
