Not being familair with the series I'm not sure what might be required here, would a simple "Romance discussion for Code Geass" suffice? If anyone wants to take a stab at an introduction to such a thread, then make your post in this thread and it can be split off to create the new thread. As for a pairings poll, what combinations would be needed?
