I think it's a stretch to say that Sena's flaw is flawlessness. This is a story about friendship after all, not about success in terms of academics or career, so their flaws should be evaluated based on what attracts or repels friends towards them. The fact that they're all in the club already shows that they are flawed in some way.
People with good grades, looks, and wealth can and do make many friends. I'm sure most of us know a few people like that who simply have everything going for them, but are so nice and likable that they would probably have just as many friends even if all their traits were the opposite. For Sena, her lack of friends is a sign that there are flaws in other aspects of her personality.
