being an anime fan is (and can be) a lonely "fandom"..a guess it depends on a number of things like where you live like myself and for the sake of my own well being i will just call it "rednecks R us" having little to no anime fans with in the area (let alone people who even know what anime is..).......so i guess that paper was right...."lonely but not alone"
