Considering this chapter I think for a third season twist Tsukune will jump ship and start working for fairy tale. Obviously he either needs to lose his reasoning and become a true monster, or needs to have a personality switch this season to let this happen. And since in recent chapters Tsukune is struggling to control his inner demon especially this chapter I don't think it's too far fetched.
Also story wise considering the recent plot progression, character and romance development there isn't much more that can happen till we reach the definite conclusion of this manga, thus I consider it a real possibility that we'll have this major twist in a couple of chapters.
This will revamp many character and their relations having to be reworked without the glue that's called Tsukune. This will be a chance for the characters to focus on their inner turmoil of loving Tsukune and their regret with how they handled it, we might even see an end to his harem. Obviously this is speculation based on my.. ehm.. "desires".
Btw I don't think Gyokuro will be the kidnapper rather the Masked King will take/transform Tsukune the moment Alucard and Gyokuro are done for. Tsukune with his shinso blood will have some dark hidden potential which the Masked King will want to have. This will also transform the Masked King into a bigger foe for the girls then Gyokure since he took Tsukune from them.

PS: How's the release schedule this month? Someone said 2 chapters this month? Will that be back to back and is the current raw only a partial scan?
