If Kyary Pamyu Pamyu's rather (in)famous video is the most mind-numbing one, then this one qualifies as the second most mind-numbing. Either that, or we'll just keep saying Japan is strange (and yes, this has been out for years, but it's still one of the strangest ones IMO)
