I was referring primarily to the scene where Lisbeth shouted her proclamation of love towards Kirito, when I said 'the final scene' wouldn't make the cut.

It's definitely possible to showcase everyone ( not just Lisbeth )'s reaction towards 'game clear' ala Star Wars's ending, but in the context of how the subsequent scenes play out, Lisbeth's love cry making the cut seems rather unlikely.

Unless they pull a Jar Jar Binks moment.

The only other possibility is if they choose to somehow extend events so that Chapter 24/25 is one whole episode on its own, so that the previous episode can end with...

Spoiler for episode before Aincrad arc ends:

1.Kirito vs Kayaba
2. Kirito and Kayaba's death
3.skip the scene where Game Clear was mentioned
4. Fade-away
5. Warmth of Heart final scene where Lisbeth is the in-story person to tell us that Kirito had succeeded in clearing the game, instead of how the novel clearly showed that Kirito cleared the game after the duel.
6. (Optional, but very likely) Moment where it shows everyone's reaction and happiness except Klein and Agil. ( Scilica, Sinker, Yuriel, Random Players, etc)
7. (Optional, imo unlikely) Lisbeth's love-cry.
8. Episode ends => Next episode adapts Chapter 24/25.

I find the above unlikely given that I feel that Chapter 24/25 for one whole episode's probably too long... I suspect those 2 will just be half-an-episode, and the first half will be for the Kirito/Kayaba duel.

With that kind of pacing, it would be difficult to throw the whole monologue moment from WoH without messing up the flow of storytelling.

Not really, Agil knows about it. And my impression was that the news of their marriage didn't come from a 3rd party... but directly from the married couple themselves, given that they took the photo of the three of them together around the time she knew of the marriage.

Chronologically, we know that Asuna/Kirito immediately went off to the front-lines after their honeymoon period, and the news of their marriage really only started become public towards the end of their honeymoon... so it must've been during their 'settling-down' period of buying property/etc.
