All in all, I agree with your conclusion -- they did rework some scenes and the sequencing a bit, but it still generally conveys the same sense as the game, and they haven't really skipped or changed anything important... yet. Next episode is looking good for my prediction, though I don't know if he'll agree to join the Pets Club that soon. We'll see... Since they like to resequence things for quasi-cliffhangers, is it possible they could go all the way to the grocery store for the end of episode 3, or is that too odd a stopping point?
