I personally think the Johnny Yong Bosch can do the voice acting of Accelerator (and the best option). Not to mention, Bosch did the laugh of Hollow Ichigo pretty well. Also, Accelerator is an anti-hero and Bosch did voiced an anti-hero before (Lelouch). Of course, if James Arnold Taylor doesn't get the role of voicing Touma Kamijou (which I really love to hear him do), then I would have Bosch voice Touma while having Spike Spencer voice Accelerator as the second option. But I don't there any good role for Spike Spencer for this anime other than Accelerator being a second option (and even so, I don't think Spike is an appropriate choice to voice Accelerator at all). Hopefully, hinakatbklyn would understand, since Mr. Taylor is one of the most flexible voice actors.
UPDATE: Similarly, there isn't about good voice acting role for Yuri Lowenthal in this anime other than that minor character who have blue hair and often seen with Motoharu.
