I'm, honestly, bad at putting things into sharp focus, so I'll just try (As best as I can) to explain these terms and hope you get the rough idea.
Society means the population which is exposed to the media and arts, including kids etc. The behaviour of the society is how the society reacts to the media and arts, this can be put in general terms as well, you don't have to be too specific here and narrow down to a particular individual and his responses.
Censorship here is what you find the the dictionary:
To examine in order to suppress or delete anything considered objectionable
Effect is the response of the society to the media & arts.
