Could anyone fuse these five circle in to one for me? In or order of clockwise, divided the black circle's rune part (inside and outside) into four with the other color. Also did that with the polygon part (also, please replace the polygons with the symbols of Spades, Diamond, Heart and Club).

Replace the core circle with the crystal white version of the dollar Eye of Providence.
