Must admit, the character designs look promising - if TNK can pull off the story elements as well, it could be a breakthrough hit for the studio. The whole premise has "melodramatic soap" written all over it.
As for Magical Girl Kokoro... it needs a special OVA. They can even work in some of the bloody endings.
