The action is true, but it's not from Shaft's. Shaft is only responsible for the
animation production, not the whole production. For advertisement, distribution or even budget allocation, it's done by the contractor for the show which is
King Records under the
Starchild label.

Believe me, it won't be that bad. The lead image is misleading at its best, that scene is just
one frame out of the whole 15 seconds and it's not even a still frame; yes the PV does looks awful, but to judge the whole series from just one frame is a bit too harsh.
Disclaimer: I dislike the PV. If the atmosphere in the actual show looks like that, I'm going to bash it.
