I think Balzac is referring to オカ研(Okaken) which is a short name for オカルト研究部(Occult Kenkyuubu) = Occult Research Club used by the characters. "Oka" in "Okaken" can also refer to 丘(Oka)= Hill.

Though I don't really get the hidden meaning behind it
