Which means, through an unfortunate series of events, this will eventually throw a wrench into both Fairy Tale's and the hero's plans and will lead to both Moka and Tsukune freeing their Shinso powers and resurrecting Alucard leading to the final battle.

Spoiler for Final battle:
Well, I agree that sooner or later Alucard is going to be revived, but I don't see it happening anytime soon, since I believe that the manga won't end until Tsukune is going to graduate from Youkai Academy., and they still have another school year ahead of them.
In other words I still believe that the manga isn't going to end, until Tsukune's graduation, especially since we still don't know who the big bad of the series is - although I have already gotten suspicions, on who the most likely candidate is.
After all, I don't see Alucard as the big bad of the R+V series, despite him being the final boss, due to his mental state.
So this manga is still going to continue for some time - I predict two to three years (24 - 36 chapters ) or maybe even more, depending on how the series popularity is going to change.

Well, I agree that this might be one of the things that Fairy Take is going to try to achieve, since I don't think that Akasha isn't going to reappear in someway later in the story, though if she is going to be successfully retrieved from Alucard's body, I don't see her being as strong as she was, before she sealed Alucard for the second time.
Still, regardless of Fairy Tale's objective, I believe that they would need to completely remove the Rosario before that, and I don't think that's something that can be easily achieved.
