If for this reason, probably can. I doubt the 13 go to class at all. May be they are enlisted in normal class, but are not checked for attendance, or things like that.
If there's a special class just for the 13, Medaka and Unzen should have been familiar with each other.
Wait a minute...may be it's because they still do not go to a class even if it's designed specifically for them
