It works nicely with the taskbar and dragged windows. I think what rcxAsh meant was that he added applications he wanted to make transparent in the applications tab and then changed the settings from there. I'm not sure if this is right, but it is what i take. If this is the case, then you can't get normal windows explorer windows to be transparent.

I suggest trying the program Acutal Windows Manager. It is commercial software, and therefore is not free. You can check it out at http://www.actualtools.com/windowsmanager/

Hopefully that will work.
