The general problem will be deturmaning if Kyonko is actaully speaking her thoughts out loud, or in her head at times (especially when someone responds to what would generally be considered her inner thoughts (such as Haruhi's 2mg of confidence transfer or some other moments when it isn't clear if Kyon is speaking or people are reading his mind).
Also the crack destroyer here should be Yuki's final wave motion gun blast.

The problem with that is, the world that it is set in would be Haruhi changed the gender, not the personality or mind of the character, this project, is a new world, where all the chara's gender is reversed already.
