I don't have translations but I can provide context to the overall situation for those interested. In the last HSH ~Fate-hen~ doujin, Fate's lover woke up and found a very aroused Teana. In this one she tried and failed to seduce him, and Nanoha caught them.
Hayate had a hand in it, apparently, possibly with an aphrodasiac. She did this both in part to test the fidelity of Fate's lover (to which he passed), and in part to give Teana a chance. According to Hayate, none of the Aces could really understand Teana in matters of love and relationships, as Teana had no family of her own, being an orphan.
Nanoha and Fate do confront Hayate about her involvement, and Rein did not approve of Hayate's actions (she's saying "You reap what you sow" to Hayate). What Subaru is saying to Teana is that she'll try and find a good man to take care of Teana, because men won't interested in her (Subaru) anyway.
