Don't forget most of the time actors prefer to expose their faces, so the fact that the mask is on in his own home is suspicious.

i'm pretty sure you're right about the suit imitating him. if people pause at 1:06 video trailer (post #35), you can see the suit protecting Tony when his home is being attacked. and even before that you see the suit sneaking up on Pepper and Tony when they're in bed. i can't wait for the movie as i've never read any of the iron man plots involving the armor becoming sentient. this shall be a treat to see. whoever edited the trailer for this movie sure did a great job
