There I believe you are wrong. It is possible that Kyousuke has these feelings, but is simply trying to deny them because he knows that it is right inappropriate. Throughout we have seen Kyousuke doing all sorts of things for her: declaring his siscon-ness to Ayase and Ria, supporting her whenever she had problems or was down etc. It was clear that these sorts of things were unthinkable at the start of the series, but look how far things have progressed between them. Their relationship is one of the most developed in the series. It's my opinion a Kiri-Kyou ending is not impossible, and maybe even likely.
Wishful thinking perhaps, but we have to dream :/
