It's the scene with the the kitten and its mother at the park after they reunited. Basically "Amagami" means "playful bite", something that kittens do towards their siblings, simply to have fun. In facts the kitten bites its mother, but she doesn't mind because it's part of their sweet little game.
It also explains why a few minutes later Miya jumps on Junichi "playfully biting" him.
