Whoa, it's really tough to choose, but I gotta go with the Crocus stuff.

I also laughed pretty damn hard when they first made it to Little Garden, and Luffy knew he was going on an adventure and did like a jig with sparkling eyes. That was great.
"Adventure! Adventure! Adventure Nami wanna come?"
But the thing that topped it off was the end of 97. Ero-Camel, the last dragged out one Usopp did was hilarious.
"EEEEERRRUUUU-RAAAAAAKUUUUDAAAEEE!!!"
