Hitagi, Ararararagi (kamimashita), Kanbaru and Kagenui got my votes.

Hitagi, because she is Hitagi,
Araragi, because he did grow on me in Nise,
Kanbaru, because she is an epic TROLL,
Kagenui, beacuse her design is utterly unique. *o*
