I grabbed the raw of 261 (posted as imgs) on a Chinese forum. This is basically what happens:

Kenichi battles with Sho while unconscious. He is able to do this because of the intense 'Ryouzanpaku' training all his masters gave him, conditioning him to react on reflex alone, thus allowing him to hold his ground against Sho, avoiding attacks and even landing several hits. After Sho remarks that Kenichi's unconscious fighting mode is heartless just like Yami's, Kenichi regains consciousness and answers that even though he was unconscious he always fought with his heart. Kenichi then proceeds to renew his 'Ryuusui Seikuuken'. Sho responds with his 'Sei Dou Gouitsu' and launches his combo 'Kyuugeki Isatsu' at Kenichi, which is where ch. 261 ends.
