Look above, and read the last couple of pages in full. Haxxbusting is, like Star Wars EU continuity, conducted on a case-by-case basis.

The person doing it also matters Aaron can be trusted fairly well to keep things under control and within the bounds of what we see in the universe...
Others however have shown themselves to be fair less willing to exert such self control and as such have been judged more harshly with regards to there characters and concepts.
