I love all one piece charachters but I wiil go for robin as she is acroding to me teh most important secondary character for the backgoud plot of one piece I think that her introduction gave the manga a deepest dimention with the true history and...
she wants to unvail the truth about something that the world government was ready to wipe out an entire population to keep secret I remeber soulau's words when he saved her in ohara while the island was getting destroyed
