Ichigo is nothing like Sasuke. Sasuke has many faults (he's not as cool as Itachi, mental problems etc.) but you can at least say that he isn't a 2D character like Ichigo. Also, you can't compare Orihime's feelings for Ichigo to the girls in Naruto fawning over Sasuke. Orihime's feelings are
deep and
geniune. She doesn't just fangirl over him, she actually
loves him.
