If you want another point, you can use Kabuto's glowing eyes or whatever from the chuunin exam when they are in teh forest of death or whatever. He was probably mad and the sharingan was coming through until he quickly realizes and regains composure.

naee...that was more of a sign that this Kabuto guy is not ordinary...and we got to see in the same episode or the next that he was a spy for orochimaru...can't have anythign to do with sharingan
