What do you mean? You mean if the development is fast, it means that the Wii is viable (for development)? Or that the Wii is only viable if it has Dragon Quest X?
Both of those are poor points to make, though. The Wii is known to be very easy to develop for, just like the GameCube is, and there's no denying that the Wii has its share of great games.
