My count is actually nine, I think, but with decent explanations for most:

Spoiler for character by character:

• Genji: Has seen both together. Listed as a main accomplice in my theory post.
• Gohda: Has seen both together. Is constantly escorted places when he survives the first twilight. May be clueless enough to think that Kinzo is alive.
• Kumasawa: Has seen both together. Appears to have an important role that I can't figure out.
• Nanjo: Listed in my theory as a secondary accomplice who fakes the killers' deaths. Despite this, has never seen them together outside of the prison arc.
• Krauss/Natsuhi: Both live on the island, and therefore would have to know. Their silence is strange, but both kept Kinzo a secret during the murders and may be willing to hide other things for whatever reason.
• Rosa: Saw both together once (EP2), hours before speaking to Kinzo as well.
• Hideyoshi: Saw Shannon's "body" while standing next to Kanon. Could have several explanations. Died next.
• Eva/Rudolf/Kyrie: Have known Kanon for six non-consecutive days, if he was on duty during all visits. They probably know nothing.
• Maria: Is Maria.
• George: Main accomplice.
• Jessica: Would have to know everything. Doesn't seem like an accomplice. One of the biggest holes in my story.

I fail to see how things 'fit'. In fact, several things just plain don't. For instance, Shannon and Jessica's conversation about Kanon going to the school festival becomes incredibly awkward if Kanon is just another personality of Shannon.

Didn't Shannon suggest bringing Kanon as a "fake boyfriend?" And Jessica was surprised by the idea before agreeing to it? Without checking the game text, I'd say that I don't think that it's as awkward as you remember it being.
