ah clearly...if we don t consider naruto(we musn t forget also guys like gaara or sasuke even if sasuke didn t grow as fastly as itachi ,it s an understatement! ,they surely have the potential to be very strong too) ,itachi has ,i think, the biggest potential, it s obvious, you just need to look on his CV
