Lotte's one thing, but the 22-year-old male lead's daughter is also 10, and she's a REAL handful. She argues regularly with her father about whether she has to wear panties at home, and when they bathe together, his back is NOT what she wants to wash.
Still, I don't think this'll be banned or severely regulated. The new law is against stuff that "unjustifiably glorifies" or exaggerates sexual matters. I suspect YnS would fall into this category head-first, but not this. In this case, it doesn't encourage or even contain sex, it merely uses a sex-related myth as a source of conflict and humor. If the story at some point had Lotte drinking IT from the source, it would be out, but it just sets up her fear and disgust at the fact that someday she'll have to consume it. I don't think the new laws'll have anything major about normal level ecchi, just stuff that goes to extremes like a few things have these last couple years.
BTW, is there a set date? The site says Haru(Spring), but that's all.
