Again without going into spoilers, I'm pretty sure there were no jokes about clothes between the Lucy's.
If we're refering to a scene to show up later the 2 of them are standing on "equal" ground when the jokes come.
One way to look at it all is, Earthland Lucy dresses rather on the thin side but thats cause she is willing to flaunt her assests but doesn't like being exposed. Where as Edo Lucy could be that she dresses more but isn't afraid to expose anything.
As far as I can tell it's a small change that really won't affect anything.
