Hmm, what? It makes no sense for companies to be looking for people who already have a job. People who're unemployed are readily available, for one thing. I don't know how it works in the US, but here in the UK, you have to give at least a month's notice before leaving, so an employer would have to wait at least that long before they can actually start working for them. Also, it makes more sense if they specified that the candidate needs experience from previous jobs which is relevant. What's funny is how if they hire the candidate, they won't like it if they eventually apply for another job while still under their employ
