Pretty sure Yozura mentioned that Sena's dad is the headmaster or principle of the school. Considering that it appears to be a some sort of christian school, maybe they are foreign or from foreign origin. Alternatively she could be adopted. I have not read the novels, so it is just guess work i'm doing.
