They did figure they're related. Reactions are mostly as expected.
They also confused when they saw Chifuyu's 'Husband', who look like 30-year old Ichika.... and when asked if he's related to Chifuyu, Chifuyu said he's a cousin (which is true).
EDIT: Apparently there's at least 300 people who resembles Ichika in Japan.
