I had the same problem, even with the japanese name the only thing I found where virus loaded torrents and stuff like that. I actually found a good version at -I think- nyatorrents and got that. There is also a media fire link, but I don't know if that should go here?
About reading this, it's a little bit more interesting that what it seems, the comedy value seems pretty promising, and I'm so utterly envious of them having such a ridiculously large bath, let alone taking a dip together

edit : This hasn't been added to manga updates (I mean, the translation). I suppose that it would be easier to find if that happens? I have absolutely no clue on how to do that, though.
