Question. Does that mean Okabe, Young Suzuha and Old Suzy exist in a same time line which affected each other and removed completely young Suzu's existence when the old Suzuha died so that Okabe could not fix it??

Next, Suzu appears again from a different time line. But she disappeared again in the time machine after Okabe saves Kurisu or faking her death. It means they're in the same time line as well because saving Kirusu prevented the war thus gives no reason for the time machine to be made and Suzuha to take the fight?

The one you put as next is somewhat correct. However...

They move to a different worldline, as Okabe puts it the "Steins;Gate worldline", the war never happens meaning Daru never builds the time machine with Okabe, causing Suzuha's flight to be impossible, that's why she dissapears as she never went back in time

What you said about the first thing makes no sense to me.

Spoiler for game:

Suzuha in the Beta Worldline (the one where Mayuri dies), comes back in time to then go back to 1975. She never makes it back before the storm the first time and due to the time machine being damaged, she gets amnesia and doesn't remember her mission until it is too late, she commits suicide in 2000.

In the case she goes back before the storm, she still fails to get the time machine, but dies of natural causes, this is on the divergance where Okabe never stops her from going the night before the storm. She does however leave the divergance meter with Mr Braun.

Spoiler for Suzuha end:

In Suzuha's ending they don't know if they'll succeed getting the IBN5100, but Okabe goes back in time with Suzuha together and that's where it ends.
