But seeing that your cousin is a 10 year old kid....and judging by the fact that the animes you listed have amples of bishounens, Earl and Fairy as well as Hanasakeru Seishounen should be at the top of your list. Hakuouki is also full of bishies, but romance is really just one part of it. Plus, we don't want to corrupt a 10 year old kid with swords, blood and vampire swordsman, do we?

Not really, anything is good but must have romance (she wants that) and no inappropraite stuff. And yes...don't want to corrupt her like that. Not at this age. Hope i made sense.
