I mean they don't have a lot of expenses. Their gear can be so low-leveled that Scilica - the weakest named character - would consider it trash. They're basically the only ones who need that tier of equipment, so the prices have to be pretty low. They also have an exclusivity on low level farm spots, so resources really shouldn't be much of a problem for them.

I don't remember that bit, but they can roughly tell how many clearers there are. It's just a matter of extrapolating the decrease.
