Yes they made situations like that in the novel, like making the red haired girl not wear any pantsu~ XD The "God" of the parallel world invited them to the other world, and at the end of vol 1 they won the position of the "king" of the city through a game. Not sure if there's any romantic developments yet, but the red haired girl fell in love with the brother due to him winning a game against her and then as the *bet* won from winning the game, he ordered her to fall in love with him. ( Yes she really fell in love with him, not like *forcefully fell in love but still actually hates him*). That cover for each other weakness, the sister is a genius but lack the ability to understand another's "heart" due to her being a genius. and the brother is a below the average kind of guy, and because of that he have the ability to understand a person's "heart". Lastly, yes that's the sister in the pic.
