Just want to add Rias Gremory to my list. The only thing pushing me back though is getting the wig. Her hair is nice, long, and red. It would definitely exceed my budget.>.< why do I want to cosplay her? Aside from enjoying rerading the manga (I haven't watched the anime yet or read the light novel), I like the uniform and I like the green eyes. Since I'm a circle lens wearer, I'd definitely like to try wearing bright green lenses. Lol.
So that would be, now in order of preference:
