As far as ecchi rom-coms go, I thought To-Love-Ru was all right. I liked most of the characters. Rito was a cute lead and they did develop him towards the end.
The show just got plagued by goofy filler material or....at least material that FELT filler.
........like that giant sashimi octopus episode...geeze, wtf was that?
It's a shame because a lot of rom-coms get this filler-like plague. When they throw plot at you, you get interested but when they throw inane fluff at you, you're sitting there, rolling your eyes and thinking Man, this is effing stupid....!

The song is good. And while the animation has some silly ecchi shots, it's still quite creative.

You should check out Kanokon. I hate that show with a passion. Worst anime I've watched in full, hands down.
