I'm not sure why the grandpa was so shocked, didn't Wakaba end up docking with Akane even faster than Himawari did

Himawari's backstory was rushed, but they are trying to cram one character per episode so it pretty well was expected. At least it felt smoother than the last one. Had bad experiences so just stopped going to school. I didn't quite expect her to go so fangirl over the grandpa, but it adds a different dynamic to the team.
Will see how the next episode goes. I'd agree it would be silly to have this girl just convert all of a sudden. She still has half a dozen shots left so she should be good. Still not like it's all that effective. They just dock and then boom it's over. Well at least they have the main 4 brought together so we can see where they are going to go with this.
