Though it seems next week Akane is going to do her best to infect Rei with the friendship bug. The title seems to imply it but I'd be surprised to see Rei convert this early. It'll probably just be the early stages of friendship infection, I doubt Rei will come into Akane's harem willingly.

I wonder if they'll try to convert her, even so far as to give her a key, which she'll just take and use against them.
