I think here is more of a sense of aesthetics from Pandora and the way every Campione fights. Doni is or he should be a Knight and Knights have honor of one on one. Alex is one who fights with schemes, and if his scheme is for a Campione to weaken a God and then finish it himself, as long as things go according to plan I dont think Pandora minds.
